Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AG Engineering OÜ (registry code 16160295, Kangelaste prospekt 30-40, 20608 Narva, Estonia; e-mail info@agengineering.ee) — the data controller — processes personal data collected through the website agengineering.ee, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.
1. What data we collect
- Enquiry form and e-mail. Name, company, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of your message, when you request a quotation or contact us.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider (Zone Media OÜ, Estonia) keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, time of access — for security and troubleshooting.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts; Google may record your IP address when the font files are delivered.
2. Why we process it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a technical or commercial proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to a contract).
- To keep our website secure and available (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).
- To meet accounting and legal obligations where a contract follows (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
3. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, or for the statutory period (7 years) if it becomes part of accounting records. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period defined in its own policy.
4. Who receives it
Your data is processed by our staff and, where necessary to fulfil your request, by our equipment manufacturing partners (for example, to obtain a manufacturer's quotation). Data is hosted in the European Union. We do not sell personal data.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing. Write to info@agengineering.ee. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
